Wainscotting!!

Here is what we started with. Yucky white walls and of course the nasty carpet up the stairs.

We started with adding the mouldings.

We had to move an electrical outlet so that we wouldn't have to cut into the moulding.

Here is the finished moulding and the new paint colour. We still need to do one more coat of blue.

We plan on painting the spindles? white and possibly stain the top of the railings to match the floors better.
